My client has detailed an exciting plan that will see them double their headcount over the next two years, increase their workload and establish themselves as a one-stop-shop for clients. Their current goal is to appoint a Structural Engineer for their Edinburgh office.

Currently, they are appointed to several frameworks that range from Lidl stores to the National Grid to Scottish Water. This work compliments their other projects that include primary schools, offices, wind farms and more.

TYPICAL DAY FOR A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Involvement in producing conceptual designs.
Review of drawing productions to ensure design standard compliance.
Delivery of design progress reports.
Attendance of design and construction progress meetings

REQUIREMENTS

A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering.
Desire to work towards Chartered status.
Experience within an engineering design consultancy.
Comfortable with AutoCAD, Revit software.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Confidence to work alone and as part of a team.

ON OFFER

£30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum.
Annual bonus.
5% Pension
