Pre-Construction Engineer

Danny Sullivan Group are looking to hire their next Pre-Construction Engineer to work a power and utilities project in Borehamwood.
The ideal candidate for this role would come from a strong Civil Engineering background and be able to overlook the planning of construction projects.
Responsibilities:

• Looking at the preparation of construction projects during the pre-construction phase.
• Lead the site with the project and work effectively to calculate and outcome cost estimates.
• Carry out site assessments.
• Work well within regulations and clients needs to deliver high quality product.
• Collab with clients and stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of the project needs.
• Minimize any potential risks during the potential pre-construction phase.
• Work with engineering strategies to deliver and effectively use materials and designs.
• Identify any errors or mistakes and work effectively to rectify them.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong Civil Engineering background proven experience working on similar projects.
• Educated to a Bachelors Degree/HNC/HND level.
• Proficient in project software management Primavera P6, Procore etc.
• Regulation knowledge and understanding.
