I am actively seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join a busy, successful Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Chelsmford. You will assist in managing one of their busiest civil teams where you will have the opportunity to be a part of their growing division, taking part in highway and drainage infrastructure design.

It is essential for the candidate to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following:

A relevant Civil or Structural Engineering degree
Associate memberships (ICE or IStructE) or chartered membership or nearing Chartered status
Effective leaderships skills
Experience with design in multiple materials and analysis and design of varied building forms.Duties and responsibilities for this Principal Civil Engineer include:

The role would be to support a current Associate Engineer/Director.
Demonstrating your experience and providing technical guidance
Managing small- larger scaled projects
Manage and develop technical capability through CPD, by arranging and attending internal and external training seminars frequentlySalary and benefits:
