This role will involve designing bespoke construction projects combining expertise in mechanical and electrical building services to put together a full schematic and work pack. The successful candidate will be an accurate communicator capable of discussing designs and reasoning to other departments and external stakeholders.

The Role:

Provide technical, administrative and supervisory roles to carry out all aspects of Mechanical Building Services Engineering design
Produce and assist others in the productions of mechanical building engineering services designs, drawings, and schedules using 2D and 3D drawing software
Review the work of the design engineers, modellers and draughters and provide technical assistance and guidance where required and as necessary
Liaise with design, site and Project Engineers for briefing on project specifics and prioritise services coordination and drawing requirements
Organise and lead reviews of 3D software coordination meetings with the construction team to promote clash awareness and foster good working relationships
Monitor in place housekeeping data recording and reporting as necessary to ensure best practices are adhered toThe Person:

Experience in both 2D and 3D design
Proven experience within a similar role
