This is a vital role in the Bristol office for a principal level engineer who will shape some exciting projects. You will join a talented team within a diverse and inclusive work environment where you can bring your skills to the mix in every aspect of iconic engineering projects in the UK and abroad.

The team specialises in heavy civil engineering in sectors such as defence, energy and water. If you are passionate about providing industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the life of a project, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Chartered engineer with experience of leading design delivery, including multi-disciplinary design
Proficient in design and analysis of heavy concrete and steel structures
Up to date knowledge of current design standards and working practices, both British Standards and American codes.
Experience in the design and implementation of safety-related structures, systems and components within the nuclear sector

You will lead a team to undertake technical design work, preparing briefs, scopes of work and providing input into bid proposals.
