Deputy Township Engineer

Delta Township is seeking a proactive, solution-oriented leader who will facilitate a collaborative work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Plan review including public and private sector development
• Project management, including bid documents, engineering design, permitting, consultant liaison, and grant         management
• Administer construction contracts, oversee and monitor construction activities, and serve as construction manager      for Township projects
• Research, analyze, and evaluate long-range infrastructure improvements

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, civil engineer P.E. license
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in engineering field
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficient, EPA PC-SWMM modeling experience and/or knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with ArcGIS, ArcPro, or similar mapping and analysis tools
• Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Supervisory experience in the same or similar field
