- Position: Civil Drainage Infrastructure Engineer

- Location: Central London

- Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 - Depending On Experience

- Projects: Residential , commercial , industrial , schools , hospitals.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:

- Complex Problem Solving: Provide solutions for drainage, civil, and utility engineering challenges.

- Infrastructure Planning and Design skills:

  • Develop conceptual drainage schemes.
  • Negotiate and secure S104 and S106 agreements with sewerage authorities.
  • Interpret and discharge planning conditions related to drainage, highways, and infrastructure.
  • Use 3D design software for utility clash detection analysis.
  • Develop infrastructure design packages from concept through to construction.


- Software Proficiency:

  • Expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D and MicroDrainage for network modelling in various environments.


-Technical Documentation: Produce technical memos, design reports, and drawings/models.

- Highways Design: Familiarity with UK design standards and experience negotiating S38 and S278 applications.

Required Experience:

- Post-Graduate Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a design consultancy or contracting environment.

- Project Work: Experience in both single and multi-discipline projects, with a preference for those with project management experience.
