Overview:

Lead a dynamic engineering team to deliver cutting-edge, sustainable designs that surpass client expectations. Contribute to addressing the climate and biodiversity emergency through impactful engineering solutions. A strong pipeline of projects from a varying background including, Commercial office rebuilds/refurbishments, strong retail history, industrial and logistic projects, life sciences and much more!

Senior Structural Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Manage projects for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop innovative structural designs on projects from £100k to £150m!
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance project outcomes.

The Senior Structural Engineer will have:

• Chartered status with the Institution of Structural Engineers (preferably) or the Institution of Civil Engineers (considered)
• Proven experience in team management and successful project delivery.
• Strong background in sustainable structural engineering with projects in all materials.
• Experience of Leading stages 1,2 and 3 as a minimum of projects, 4 and 5 advantageous
• Desire to become an Associate
• Experience of running £10-£20m projects and see them through to construction
