You will:

  • Involvement in appointment and fee issues, assisting senior members of the team as required.
  • Instruct technicians to carry out production information as and when required.
  • Liaise with Architects, Clients and other external professionals whilst carrying out your duties.
  • Make periodic visits to site to monitor the works as they proceed. This will include attending site meetings and dealing with queries as they arise.

About You:
  • As mentioned, you'll ideally have at least 4 years experience within a similar organisation and ideally be working towards Chartership.
  • Your most recent role will have been at least one year in a UK engineering firm.
  • You'll have managed smaller client projects and/or practice management issues.
  • A strong academic history with a relevant degree or equivalent from a well-recognised University.
  • Experienced in working in multi-disciplinary teams, including ideally, high-profile Architects.
  • Good project management skills including an ability to manage time, resources, costs and communication within and outside the practice.
  • Strong team working ability, able to influence, explain, and present a professional image at all times.
