Geotechnical Engineer

A new position has just become available to work as a Geotechnical Engineer on complex, high-profile building projects. This is a great opportunity to work on a long-term contract basis for a well-established consultancy in Central London.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• A Master's degree or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering would be beneficial
• Must have experience in either a geotechnical consultancy team or as a designer with a ground engineering contractor
• A minimum of 4+ years of geotechnical design experience is required to be considered for this position.
• Must have prior UK based experience
• Prior experience of using specialist geotechnical software
• Experience of retaining walls, earthworks, foundations, basements, slope stability and ground investigations.
• Prior experience working on building projects

Salary & Benefits

£35ph-£45ph
