Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct technical design teams, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with relevant standards.
- Define project briefs, scope of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to achieve key project milestones.
- Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Set and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice.
- Chartered Civil Engineer status.
- Strong experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
- In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, and collection systems.
