Are you a Junior Project Engineer from a construction background looking to join a thriving construction group, they will offer you training on Estimation / Project Management, flexible working and progression to team leader within 18 months?

This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group on construction companies. Since 2015 they have grown from 1 employee to 120. They have seen a gap in the market for a CAD Technician to be trained into a Special Projects Engineer. This would enable the business to take on more niche bespoke projects.

This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working alongside the Chief Designer. You will handle bespoke project form cradle to grave. You will be trained on Estimation and Project Management. The goal is to grow the team to 5 Engineers in the next 18 months, with this comes team leadership opportunities.

This role would suit a Junior Project Engineer from a construction, civil, architectural, or manufacturing background.

The role:

* Producing Technical Drawings for bespoke construction projects
* Project Management - training provided
* Estimation - Training provided
* Building customer relationships

The Person :

* A background in construction, architecture, civil, or manufacturing/ Engineering or similar
* AutoCAD skills
