Premier Forensic Engineering Consultancy requires a Chartered Senior Structural/Civil Engineer to join one of its expanding teams.
Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and must have gained good design skills in a premier consultancy in the UK. They should be technically strong and capable of Client-facing and most importantly be looking to drive their career forward in an alternative environment working on the boundaries of engineering and law. Additionally, candidates should have an excellent academic record with A or A* grades at A-level and an MEng/MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (First Class Honours ideally) from a top 10 UK university.
The workload is both UK and international across structural, civil, architectural, geotechnical and façade sectors and can encompass almost anything that needs verification and expert witness.
Candidates are desired from conventional consultancy and will be cross-trained and developed in forensic engineering over the first year with the opportunity to drive their career forward thereafter.
Due to the role being in forensic engineering, the salary offered will be higher than conventional consultancy with scope for rapid advancement in technical skills and financial compensation.
We regret that due to the high volume of applications we receive, if you have not heard from us within 7 days, your application has not been successful on this occasion.
