Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry. In this role, you will play a key part in various engineering projects, working closely with an experienced Associate Civil Engineer who possesses deep industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Civil 3D software for the design and analysis of civil engineering projects, including roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Associate Civil Engineer and other team members to develop innovative and practical solutions for a variety of engineering challenges.
- Contribute to site appraisals, ensuring all engineering considerations are addressed in the initial stages of project development.
- Assist in the design and implementation of sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDs) and water management solutions.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and specifications in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to support project planning and execution.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training and mentorship provided by experienced colleagues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Civil 3D software in a civil engineering context.
- Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices, with a focus on design and analysis.
- Experience in the design and implementation of drainage systems, roadworks, and related infrastructure.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to colleagues and clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience with a range of civil engineering projects, including SUDs systems, sewage treatment plants, and car park design.
- Familiarity with other 3D modelling software and engineering tools.

- 35,000 - 40,000.
