Do you have circa 1 year of experience already as a Technician/Engineer in the water hygiene area?
If you are looking for a technical field-based role that will allow you to meet different types of clients every day, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
The role of Monitoring Technician - Water Hygiene:
* Reporting to the Account Manager, your role is to undertake monitoring and water hygiene
* services to comply with legionella guidelines, contacting each site to arrange attendance and keep records
* Conducting water testing and monitoring
* Taking water samples
* Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
* Shower cleans & other disinfection work
* Inspection of hot storage units & cold storage tanks
* Working at heights / manual handling
The requirements of the Monitoring Technician - Water Hygiene:
* Circa 1 year of experience already as a Water Hygiene Engineer/Technician with experience working on client sites
* You will be comfortable working independently with excellent customer service skills
* You will mostly be working on Prison sites in the area so it is a requirement to pass an enhanced DBS check
* Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits
* Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship
* A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required
