About the role
We are looking for a Graduate GeotechnicalEngineer to support our ambitious team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team on a wide variety of projects covering all aspects of clean and wastewater, water networks and treatment facilities.
This role will take each project through the lifecycle from feasibility design, through detailed design to construction and commissioning.
The role will be based in one of our fantastic new city centre offices in
Birmingham or Glasgow.
What will your day look like
Supporting outline and detail design as part of a wider team, for projects within specified timescales
Help in the preparation and review of both Desk Study reports and Factual reports
Borehole log review
Undertake geotechnical data analysis
Undertake geo-environmental data analysis
Undertake any work of a technical nature that falls within ability and competence
Contribute to geotechnical interpretive and design reports, design recommendations, risk assessment and geotechnical risk register
Comply with the requirements of the companies Integrated Management System including Health & Safety, Environmental and all other appropriate regulations
Qualifications
Degree or MEng/MSc in Civil Engineering
or Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering
Geology Engineering or equivalent.
