Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Manage detail-oriented clients, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to produce high-quality, efficient technical outputs.
- Assess and prepare detailed design calculations and drawings for both existing structures and new developments.
- Conduct thorough site investigations and inspections, producing structural defect and integrity reports.
- Offer recommendations for remedial works on-site issues, catering to mortgage providers, finance lenders, surveyors, buyers, and sellers.
- Demonstrate a passion for learning about sustainability and incorporating net-zero emissions into structural design.
- Degree qualified in Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Structural Enginee r status (required).
- A minimum of 5 years of UK experience in Structural Engineering.
- Proven experience in visiting sites and analysing structural defects.
- Strong knowledge of structural software such as Tekla Tedds and CAD.
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and project management skills.
