Project Engineer (Civil) - Northwold BESS

Taylor Hopkinson are proudly retained by our industry-leading client who are currently searching for a Civil Engineer to join the team in Norfolk.

Applicants for this permanent, site-based role must have a University or Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 1 year of UK Site Engineer Experience and Renewables project experience is advantageous but not required.

Must have full right to work in the UK.

The role

• Conduct technical and feasibility studies
• Drawing up blue prints
• Conducting on site investigations and analysing data from maps, reports, tests, drawings and so on
• Monitoring progress and reporting on daily and weekly progress to senior management
• Creating and maintaining an up to date list of local suppliers for consumables and tools
• Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
• Monitoring the stock of construction materials and managing purchase of equipment and materials.
• Overview of each contractors installation work
• Supporting H&S procedure implementation
