Project Engineer - Water/Utilities

Do you have a background delivering projects? Are you looking to take a technical lead, with opportunities to progress into managing your own team?
On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer/Manager to showcase your skills for an industry specialist within mechanical engineering, in a role that offers autonomy to make key decisions and be one of the main points of contact for clients when delivering projects.
This company are part of one of Europe's largest suppliers of industrial products ad services, due to increased workload and rapid growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of a skilled and experienced Project Engineer with experience working in the Water/Utilities (or similar) industry.
This is a role with varied responsibilities, mainly to carry out Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and deliver projects for the company on customer sites. You will be a point of contact for procurement, risk assessments, labour needs and also problem solving any client issues on projects.
The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with experience as a Project Engineer/Project Manager, ideally with experience in the water/utilities industry.
Candidates from other industries including aggregates, waste, recycling, processing plant and drainage/sewage are encouraged to apply.
The Role:
*Project Engineer
*Organising and delivering projects on customer sites - with varied responsibilities including procurement, risk assessments, labour needs and problem solving
*Autonomous role to make key decisions and have an influence on the project team
*Monday to Friday days based role, with hybrid working available
The Person:
*Experienced in delivering projects in the water & utilities industry, although candidates from aggregates/ waste/ recycling and processing plant industries also considered and encouraged to apply
