Following the award of new framework contracts and expansion into Yorkshire we are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our civil engineering and infrastructure division.

Tell us about you

Ideally, candidates should Degree qualified in civil engineering / construction management or possess HND equivalent and also possess other relevant industry accreditations pertinent to the role and have at least five years' experience of undertaking a similar role within the civil engineering sector.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record in managing the day to day running of civils projects that include highways, drainage, excavations, general groundworks, infrastructure, new roads and passageways, along with the upkeep of personnel, records and management systems. The role will also include regular stakeholder management and clear site controls ensuring appropriate housekeeping and site coordination.

Acting as an ambassador for the Bethell brand duties will also include management of relevant sub-contractors and liaison with clients both prior to, throughout and after completion of the works, ensuring a high standard of service and quality end product.
