Salary: £40,000 to £60,000

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and implementation of our construction projects.
Role Overview:
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural design, analysis, and integrity of our construction projects. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure that all structures are safe, sustainable, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structural design and analysis for a variety of construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Prepare structural calculations, models, and detailed drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.
Assess project requirements and develop cost-effective, practical solutions.
Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the structural designs meet project specifications and client needs.
Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Provide technical advice and problem-solving during the construction process.
Ensure all designs and documentation adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations (BS, Eurocodes, etc.).
Prepare reports, specifications, and tender documents.
Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
Professional accreditation (or working towards) with a recognized institution (e.g., ICE, IStructE).
Proven experience as a Structural Engineer within the construction industry.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and project management skills.
