Job description
As a Structural Engineer, you will join our Bristol team to support our activities within the Nuclear Sector.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Generating assigned deliverables such as assumption notes, technical specifications, and calculation reports.
- Coordinating with CAD Designers in tandem with the Design Office Manager.
- Executing design tasks related to concrete fastenings.
- Conducting technical assessments of civil engineering documentation for their designated structures.
- Establishing and managing the Design Risk Register.
- Overseeing anchorage design endeavors.
- Responsible for the production of structural calculations and supporting documentation.
- Anchorage Civil Engineer oversees the assessment, validation, surveillance, and validation of anchorage systems.
Profile requirements
You are...
- Passionate about Engineering and proactive.
- A team player, and have good communication skills.
- Organized and target oriented.
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil engineering.
- Knowledge of the design of reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete structures, anchorages.
- Experience in Nuclear sector would be advantageous.
