Job Description:

Job Duties:

Lead and support business development, work winning, and bidding functions
Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with key existing and prospective clients
Take technical responsibility for structural engineering design delivery on a range of projects
Support the development and growth of the structural engineering team

Required Qualifications:

Degree qualified
Chartered Structural Engineer

Education:

Degree in Structural Engineering or related field

Experience:

A good level of previous engineering design experience is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

Skilled at collaborative working
Proven capability in technically delivering Civil and Structural engineering projects

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications or training related to structural engineering

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional site visits required

Full-time hours, with potential for overtime during project deadlines
