Ready to put your engineering experience to work within a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy? Come join them at Associate level and assist in their core offering - to provide compliance, surveying, engineering and design to the built environment. Their London office is looking for an ambitious Associate Structural Engineer who is Chartered and can boast at least 10 years' experience in structural engineering in the UK.

You will join the engineering surveys and small works team, working on general defect and condition surveys, RAAC Surveys, load assessments and small works such as extensions and alterations for private and public body clients.

The role offers the opportunity to help develop the team, with a focus on continued client satisfaction. You will bring great communication skills to the role as you will be client lead of work streams, expanding client portfolio and managing growth of the project portfolio.

Requirements:

Chartered MIStructE
Experience in EuroCodes & British Standards
Experience attending site to provide written advice following project assessment
Team leader with the ability to mentor and train

The role will involve:

Preparing fee proposals
Managing the programme of works
Managing Structural Engineers
Assisting with/lead Business Development
Maintaining client relationships
Delivering work
