Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary/Benefits: £23k - £35k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for our Client, who is a well-established Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit. Due to gaining new contracts in the South East, they are looking for a hardworking Water Hygiene Engineer to join their established team. Due to the location of work, candidates would benefit from access to the South Midlands, however this is not essential. Salaries on offer are competitive and our Client can also implement attractive training opportunities for candidates who would like to build on their knowledge and experience.
Ideal locations of work include: Milton Keynes, Luton, Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Brackley, Bicester, St Albans, Watford, Stevenage, Hitchin, Biggleswade, Bedford, Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Enfield, Watford, Harrow, Wembley, Ilford, Romford, Brentwood.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, undertaking a wide range of ACOP L8 control duties
- Working across a mixed portfolio of sites, including: Education, Local Authority and Healthcare
- Flexibility to travel as per contractual needs
- Able to work alone as well as part of a team on projects of varying sizes
The Role:
- Working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, completing PPM tasks, such as: Water Sampling, Temperature Monitoring, TMV Servicing & Showerhead Disinfections
- Working in accordance with industry guidelines, i.e. ACOP L8, HSG 274 & HTM 0401
- Ensuring to deliver a high level of customer service across Client sites
- Completing site logbooks
- Training courses and development opportunities
