An independent Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy from Merseyside are currently on the lookout for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join the team.

The practice, who have recently acquired brand new office space in Birkenhead, are a burgeoning local consultancy with almost 10 staff and a solid reputation in the Domestic, Residential and Commercial sectors and a fresh, innovative approach to both engineering and their employees.

The checklist for the ideal Senior Civil Engineer includes:

Experience working at a Senior or Principal Engineer level
The ability to manage projects with some input from team leader
Experience as a Drainage engineer - ideally Causeway Flow literate but MicroDrainage will also suffice
The ability to use Civil 3D is beneficial
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Locality to the offices as they will be required in the office 3-4 days per week
Experience with S106 and S104 applications.
Experience with drainage strategies and FRAs.
ICE Chartered (preferable, not essential).
The company are comprised of almost 10 staff with a predominantly Structural bias but also sport a small and accomplished Civils team who would be bolstered by the expertise of a Chartered (ICE) Engineer.
