Arup is helping clients across the global energy industry to shift to low carbon and renewable sources while meeting increasing global demand. Whether it's structural, civil, urban or advisory - early careers members joining our teams will be empowered to help clients chart a sustainable path forward.
Due to continued growth in our businesses, our London Energy, Water and Resources division is looking to recruit Energy focused Graduate Engineers.

Our Urban Energy team is a trusted adviser for city policy and action on climate change, low carbon energy, global green cities and a leading consultant in the planning, design and delivery of low carbon infrastructure in the UK. The team has a strong dedication to net zero carbon for a sustainable and more resilient future. We are a multidisciplinary group of engineers, scientists, policymakers and planners working across various scales from high level policy development through design, project delivery and operational optimisation.
We integrate technical, commercial, planning and policy expertise to help clients make informed decisions about energy system design, energy infrastructure and technology investments, decarbonisation strategies and plans, policy design and implementation and energy purchasing. Digital underpins everything we do, with active adoption of automation, advanced data analytics and code-based tool and model development.

Our engineers regularly work in partnership with clients to understand their needs and aspirations. We work together with abroad range of specialists to propose innovative technical and economic solutions to complex briefs, making the most challenging of programmes and advance construction techniques possible.
Our Energy Engineers apply their specialist skills to Energy infrastructure projects across the globe. We offer our clients a broad spectrum of expertise and consulting services in, but not limited to the following:
Our clients include governments, energy developers, energy generators, energy infrastructure and investment companies.
