We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our clients team. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and project managing residential and commercial projects. Duties:

• Design and develop engineering plans using software such as Civil 3D, Revit, MicroDrainage/Flow, and AutoCAD
• Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for project feasibility studies
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Perform technical calculations
• Conduct inspections of completed projects to ensure quality control
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ideally Chartered or have aspirations to become Chartered with ICE
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, Revit, MicroDrainage/Flow, AutoCAD, and CAD

• Ability to manage a team
