The Public Works Department has a rewarding and significant opportunity for an Assistant Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the department’s two divisions – Engineering and Maintenance. Successful candidates will have five (5) years of increasingly responsible municipal public works program administration including three (3) years of management or supervisory responsibility and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Possession of a Certificate of Registration as a professional civil engineer in the State of California is highly desirable.
