Senior Structural Engineer - London

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Structural Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong consultancy experience and a proven track record in UK structural design and analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects while providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers and technicians.
• Oversee and check the work of junior engineers and technicians.
• Assist with project management, including invoicing and client communication.
• Support the preparation of fee proposals and bids.
• Participate in staff training and appraisals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Extensive consultancy experience in the UK.
• Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer and SCIA Engineer.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not essential.
