Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer - Renfrew Based
Altrad are currently expanding in Renfrew due to a number of project successes within our Major Projects business. To support this growth we anticipate the need for an ambitious and motivated Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer to be involved in innovative projects that present creative and technical challenges across Downstream, Petrochemical and onshore scope of work including Cleaner Energy solutions projects.
You will become an integral part of our dynamic team, joining a supportive work environment that encourages skill development and career growth and give you the opportunity to contribute to projects with significant social and environmental impacts.

The appointed Graduate Engineer, will work alongside the team, supporting in the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering solutions for Major Projects.
Through strategic secondments across various divisions, you will gain invaluable exposure, enhance your skill set, and build a network of professionals that will benefit your career, giving you the opportunity to engage with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.

So what do you need to be considered?
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (MEng or BEng Hons) or related discipline
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and organisation skills
- Be able to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to tackle multi-disciplinary challenges and producing world-class designs
- The ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the company and clients.
