As a Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and implementation of structural solutions for projects within the Oil and Gas sector. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of EPC projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and implementation of structural solutions for projects within the Oil and Gas sector. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the successful execution of EPC projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Structural Design & Analysis:
- Produce structural models, FEA analysis, engineering calculations, reports, and recommendations.
- Utilise engineering software and tools to ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering models, specifications, and reports for all structural based elements.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports to project stakeholders
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, project engineers, and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
- Collaborate with construction and fabrication teams to ensure the practicality and efficiency of structural solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise in structural engineering, including the design of steel structures, foundations, and support systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide input during the conceptual and detailed engineering phases of projects.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure designs comply with industry regulations, codes, and standards, including those set by regulatory bodies relevant to the Oil and Gas sector.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and verifications.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to verify the accuracy and reliability of structural designs.
- Conduct regular design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status preferred.
- Proven experience in structural engineering within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Proficiency in structural design software and analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., API, AISC, Eurocodes).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic project environment
