Senior Structural/Associate Design Engineer
Up to £60k

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural design engineer / Associate to take a leading role in a wide array of large design projects!
Our client has been working within the structural and civil engineering sector for over 40 years, building lasting relationships with a large array of clients during that time. They work across the residential, commercial, leisure, and education sectors - designing in all materials, and using all the latest design software's to ensure all projects are delivered to the best standard.
Following the retirement of one of the company's founders, they are now run by a chartered director, who has made it clear that he intends to keep on building the business and invest even more time into the development of his staff.
Joining this company as a senior engineer or an associate, gives you the ability to make a huge impact and help to improve the business, during a time of growth, which will quickly reflect in your career progression.
About you
Have at least 5 years of experience within structural design, currently a senior engineer or associate
Have a history of designing and analysing a wide range of building structures
Have a great understanding of most structural design software
Be adaptable (You will be expected to work on a multitude of differing projects, across multiple sectors)
Be able to use most structural analysis packages, and a good understanding of FEA analysis
Have designed in most materials: Steel, RC, Masonry, Timber etc.
Be able to carry out structural surveys and to effectively deliver written reports
Have a good understanding of design to British standards and Eurocodes
Have a full right to work in the UK (No sponsorship)
