Collaborating with industry leaders, they aim to create impactful projects that positively influence people's lives.
The Role:
Their London office is seeking an Engineering Lead for their Construction Engineering (CE) team. In this role, you will collaborate with other Discipline Leads to support and expand the team, working closely with structural, civil, infrastructure, and construction engineering disciplines.
Although their primary focus is in the UK, they operate internationally, ensuring a diverse and varied workload.
Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing a unified approach to the CE discipline across their offices, facilitating global project delivery.
Contributing to system enhancements and continuous learning initiatives.
Managing contractual obligations on projects and participating in both internal and external project team meetings.
Leading projects and coordinating designs with other consultants.
Undertaking structural erection methodology reports and developing effective design solutions across various sectors.
Independently drafting reports, specifications, and proposals with a focus on commercial aspects.
Managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and client management.
About You:
As the Discipline Lead, you will play a senior role in strengthening their engineering capabilities and supporting their teams.

Proficiency in relevant engineering standards and guidelines, with strong communication and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to review, supervise, and grow teams.
Experience in managing projects commercially and working across various project design stages.
Life at Our Firm:
Enjoy the vibrant central London location, competitive remuneration, and be part of a talented team dedicated to making a difference.
Benefit from close links with their global offices and embrace their 'can do' philosophy.
