Position - Water Hygiene Engineer
Location - Reading
Salary/Package - 26,000 - 32,000k per annum (dependent on experience) Pension. 40 hour working week, with overtime available. Company Van/Fuel card, Tools, Equipment & PPE provided. Mobile / Tablet and more.

A company who continues to grow and provide a complete range of water treatment and water hygiene services backed up with a huge amount of experience, which means their customers receive the highest standard in cost effective water management.
The duties will include, but not be limited to:
Completion of water hygiene monitoring tasks which will include, but not limited to the carrying out of temperature checks, dip-slide sampling, bacteriological samples and the inspection of cold-water storage tanks and hot water calorifiers.
Dismantling, de-scaling, disinfection, reassemble and flushing of showerheads.
Clean and disinfection of hot & cold-water systems including cold-water storage tanks, calorifiers, tank-fed hot & cold-water down services, pressurised/mains hot & cold-water services and thermal disinfections.
Clean and disinfect cooling towers, humidifiers and other cooling and heating plant.
Carry out, or assist with, remedial works to hot and cold-water systems including domestic, industrial and process systems.
Operation of water treatment dosing equipment and chemical dosing of systems to specified levels.
TMV Servicing & replacement
Remedial work if qualified
You must have or hold:
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Plumbing Level 2 or above (Desirable)
HMT04 - Health Services (Desirable - Knowledge & Understanding)
CSCS - (Desirable)
*Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required*
