As a Structural Design Engineer, you'll be integral in to my client's dynamic team, bringing with you a minimum of 3 years of experience in design-focused roles within UK construction projects. Based in Bristol office, you'll have a stimulating career, working on diverse projects and crafting bespoke engineering solutions for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
* Tackle a range of stimulating projects, applying your expertise to diverse challenges.
* Develop compelling designs and technical drawings, simplifying complex solutions for client understanding.
* Ensure flawless planning, design, and execution of temporary works, leveraging cutting-edge software and tools.
* Conduct site visits, detailed surveys, and innovate solutions prioritizing safety.
* Offer crucial technical support to colleagues, managing multiple projects independently even under tight deadlines.
* Seize opportunities for learning and growth, mastering new skills and staying abreast of industry standards.
* Promote safety by implementing robust strategies in line with Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 (CDM2015).
Essential Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a preference for those working towards Chartered Status with the ICE or IStructE.
* Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD.
* Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering plans, section details, and general arrangements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced IT proficiency
Package:
* Salary: £30,000.00-£55,000.00 per year (depending on experience).

* Schedule: Monday to Friday
