Junior Structural Engineer
Based: Hampshire
Salary: £33000 to £40,000 DoE
We are parterned with a Consultancy based in Hamsphire who are looking for a Junior Structural Design Engineer to complement their team. The is the perfect opportunity for a graduate who would like to progress and develop.
You will be site based, working client side, across multi-disciplinary projects within a strong and established team. Projects are varied and include residential, commercial, historical and industrial encompassing RC, SF timber and brick.
From a person / skills perspective they have a very high importance on collaboration and teamwork. There are several projects live and planned with a yearly value of £100m. From a wider discipline and sector perspective there will be c300 projects live each year, ranging from small / minor works and repairs, medium scale £500K-£1m and larger complex projects up to £100m across buildings and infrastructure.
To be successful in securing this role you will need to hold a Structual Engineering Degree and have been resident and working in the UK for at least three years alongside some experience within the building services industry. Person fit is very important as previously mentioned, so if you are a lone worker, this is not the role for you.
