I am currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. They are looking for an Associate to lead the infrastructure and highways team. You will essentially be the number 2 to the office lead and help them with the growth and management of the team. You will be managing a team of 2 and will help the Civils lead with developing new business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design aspects of civil engineering projects with confidence and precision.
• Development and implementation of solutions; tailored to the bespoke requirements of the client / project.
• Assist in the Business Development and Work Winning for multi-disciplined projects.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in civil engineering
• Proven ability to deliver design based solutions.
• Versatility to manage a variety of project types.
• Strong interpersonal and business development skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
