Senior Estimator
Merseyside
Sector: Groundworks / Civils
£80k - £90k + Car Allowance + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with my client an established Sub-Contractor covering the Northwest on various civils and groundworks schemes and mapping out work projections for the year so far, they are looking to grow their commercial team.

The first of these roles will be for a Senior Estimator to cover Housing Roads and Sewers, Access Roads, Groundworks for Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will have stable track record of successful tendering taking from enquiries, through tender submission (including client meetings where necessary) and successful contract award. The client base will vary however given their name in market a good deal of the work will come from existing work streams. Given the current climate although a seasoned Estimator is the preference there is scope for an individual to join the business with a view to growing into the role.

The Candidate
* Relevant commercial Experience for a Civils/Groundworks Sub-Contractor
* Able to work from Merseyside office
