Salary £50,000 - £70,000 + Pension + Hybrid

Company Background

Client is a leading COMAH infrastructure business and operator of several critical UK energy sites, currently working on a number new projects such CCS / Hydrogen and alternative energy.

Key Responsibilities

Support proposals/ bids with concept design, steel weight and engineering time estimations.
Produce structural steelwork designs and analysis to support process equipment and plant which are compliant with the relevant codes and regulations.
Ensure that structural designs are delivered in line with the project scope, schedule and budget.
Assist with the production of scope of works with clearly defined deliverables.
Coordinate and review 3rd party design input including preparing purchase requisitions, specifications, design and document review, change control.
Provide foundation loads and connection design for detailing purposes.
Minimum Requirements

HND OR degree in engineering
Be proficient in the use of licenced design software, such as Tekla Designer and S-Frame.
