Job Purpose:
* Form part of a small Engineering team and Site Inspectors, covering the Wiltshire, South Gloucester and Bristol area
* Work to tight timescales and budgetary limits while still maintaining effective working relationships with a Wide range of customers and stakeholders
* Assist the Development Engineer who will lead all team activities
* Need to be motivated, customer-focused and fully efficient, no matter what challenges you may face
* Assist with implementing business initiatives and improving processes across the department.
Ideal Candidate:
* A formal civil engineering qualification, but construction or engineering experience is also acceptable
* Technical experience that should include knowledge of water and wastewater services including sustainable drainage systems
* A sound understanding of the industry's regulatory environment, Adoption Code and Sewerage Sector Guidance
* A positive attitude and the ability to show performance management and personal resilience, with excellent organisation and decision-making skills.
