Our client is a successful, multidisciplinary practice, with a busy and forward-thinking workload, actively seeking a structural engineer/building surveyor to join a team in Reigate. The position involves a mix of office and site work and the main focus of the role is to work together with insurance companies, handling projects related to domestic properties affected by events such as fires and/or floods.

Working as a Structural Engineer/Surveyor your responsibilities will include;

• Conduct initial property inspections
• Preparing detailed scopes of work
• Serving as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer to oversee projects through to completion.
• Assessing building stability
• Conducting surveys
• Creating technical drawings
• Developing solutions
