VP of Global Engineering - Global Innovation Agency

As the VP of Global Engineering, you will lead and manage a global engineering team, driving innovation and excellence in the design and production of POP displays. This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record in engineering management, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the POP display industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a global engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives.

• Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the design and engineering of innovative POP displays that meet customer needs and industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.

• Build, mentor, and retain a high performing global engineering team.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years in engineering leadership, with significant experience in the POP display industry.

• Proven success in leading large, diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong technical knowledge of POP display design, materials, and production processes.

• Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.

• Experience with lean manufacturing, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
