VP of Global Engineering - Global Innovation Agency
DNA are partnering with an award winning global innovation agency who work with some of the world's best known brands and retailers to revolutionise customer experience through technology, insight and creativity. As the VP of Global Engineering, you will lead and manage a global engineering team, driving innovation and excellence in the design and production of POP displays. This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record in engineering management, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the POP display industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement a global engineering strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design and engineering of innovative POP displays that meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high performing global engineering team.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
• 15+ years in engineering leadership, with significant experience in the POP display industry.
• Proven success in leading large, diverse teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of POP display design, materials, and production processes.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
