3-6 month Senior Civils Engineer needed (£40-£50pph)

I am working with a fantastic Civils consultancy looking to grow their Drainage and flood team 10 fold! In the meantime, due to work commitments they are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join on a3-6 month contract.

The key duties of the Civil Engineer will include and are not limited to:

* Project Engineer on projects

* Managing Engineers, Technicians and Graduate Engineers

* Carry out detailed design work and drawing production. This will include the ability to design

- main surface and foul water drainage design in accordance with Sewers for Adoption;

- SuDS features to relevant standards and good practice (CIRIA 753);

- Domestic Drainage to Part H

- Detailed external levels design around plots and external areas to Part M;

* Preparation of drainage and road design packages for S104, S38 and S278 Agreements respectively, including liaising with the relevant drainage or highway Authority as necessary to obtain technical approval.

* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Site3D and Micro Drainage

* Work to deadlines (deliverables).

* Day to day project liaison and coordination with other Design Team Members and Client;

* Attendance at meetings
