Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with in house design teams, third-party specialist design teams, and the manufacturers of the steel work.
Processing Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from the site construction team.
Providing immediate answers to field engineering questions and managing the process for queries needing further investigation.
Expediting information flow to the construction team to ensure consistent project progress.
Job Requirements:
Experience in structural engineering, particularly within the power or energy industry.
Strong understanding of structural steel engineering and modifications.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple teams across different locations.
Proficiency in processing Technical Queries (TQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Ability to effectively manage information flow and progress tracking for construction teamsThe position will be a 50-hour working week and is expected to last 6 to 8 months starting in January
