Essential skills needed:

* Education: Degree/diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Surveying, or related field (or equivalent experience).

* Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
