With an extensive portfolio of over 700 projects annually and a global reach, the company is seeking a candidate who can offer mentorship to the current Civil Engineering team while advancing their own career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and oversight of technical documentation.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Innovating engineering solutions and presenting alternative options.
- Assisting in project resource allocation, monitoring, and budget reporting.
- Providing technical insights for project pricing, proposals, and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Progression towards or attainment of IEng/CEng accreditation.
- Proficient technical skills, including familiarity with industry-standard road and/or drainage design software and up-to-date knowledge of design standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D essential.
- Proficiency in Microdrainage / Infodrainage / drainage design would be advantageous
