Parkside Recruitment are looking for a Senior Energy Assessor/Sustainability Engineer in Oxford.
About:
Our client are an ambitious and sustainability-led M&E practice, with offices in Oxford, London, Manchester, and Cambridge. They specialise in mechanical and electrical engineering solutions, focusing on sustainability and building efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for planning submissions.
- Undertake thermal modelling and energy assessments.
- Oversee project design and specifications from inception to completion.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in a relevant subject with 3-5 years of experience in building services design.
- Knowledge of new regulations (Part L, Part O) and experience in residential and education projects.
- Proficiency in IES Software, Level 5 Energy Assessor, SAP10, and Net Zero requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
