Environmental Test Engineer
We are seeking all levels - Graduate, Senior, and Principal for an Enviromental Test Engineering position.

Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety requirements, adhering to best practices.
- Engineering Governance: Guarantee adherence to processes and best practices to achieve successful engineering governance and gate reviews.
- Standards Adherence: Conduct work in line with relevant standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DEF-STD, BS-EN) and specified environmental test requirements.
- Test Support: Assist in the design and manufacture of jigs for mechanical and thermal testing.
- Data Handling: Record, analyze, report, and present test data effectively.
- Test Plan Review: Verify test plans meet required standards and confirm the capability to conduct testing.
- Timely Execution: Ensure the timely return of test items and supporting equipment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate to maintain and calibrate all equipment and test items within a compliant and safe environment.
- Work Throughput: Maintain responsibility for ensuring the throughput of work to deliver quality testing on schedule.
- Customer Interaction: Liaise effectively with internal and external customers.
- Team Representation: Represent the team during meetings to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement new ideas, systems, and processes, focusing on ongoing improvements.
- Feedback Provision: Provide support and feedback to design teams after completing surveys on mechanical interface jigs.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in engineering or science, or equivalent experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of product testing in laboratory or industrial environments.
- Project Involvement: Ability to review and meet technical and project requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive Approach: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Multi-tasking: Capable of handling multiple assignments while delivering quality results with energy and commitment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
