We are looking for a Piping Construction Engineer to join a major nuclear project within the MEH Alliance at Hinkley Point C (HPC), UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Piping Construction Oversight: Lead and coordinate all piping installation activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and nuclear regulations.
Work Coordination: Manage and guide a multi-disciplinary team (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC) to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update technical documents, ensuring alignment with latest project requirements and MEH Alliance guidelines.
Site Supervision & Reporting: Oversee site activities, manage the Procon system for tracking progress, and support work authorization processes.
Safety & Quality Assurance: Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure adherence to nuclear safety and site licensing requirements.
Ideal Profile:
✅ Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Piping, or Construction Engineering.
✅ Experience: At least 5 years in piping construction coordination within an industrial environment. Experience in nuclear projects is a strong advantage.
✅ Key Skills:
✔ Proven expertise in large-scale piping construction projects.
✔ Strong leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
✔ Experience working in Joint Ventures and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
✔ Ability to prioritize and manage construction documentation.
Preferred Certifications:
